A Different Way to be Mindful

Ever wanted to learn a new technique to deal with the complexities of life? There's a strategy called Focusing that can help us to be more mindful of our personal experience which then informs us of the best path forward. If you'd like to learn how to do Focusing, later this Fall my focusing colleague Annette & I will teach a Focusing course.

The details are:

Title: Focusing for Women - exploring a personal or professional issue
Mondays: November 5, 2018 3-5PM for 6 weeks (last class on Dec. 10th)
Facilitated by: Annette Dubreuil and Nicole Mitchell
Cost: $300

Turbocharged mindfulness to unpack your inner world for a better outer world. Over this 6 week women's group, participants will learn focusing as they work through an issue in their life. The women's group will create a space to share and learn more about ourselves and each other, with the goal of moving an issue forward.

The course is suitable for women who are both new and experienced Focusers.
