Student Therapist 2025 - 2026: Lauren
If you’ve been going through a tough time, feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like something’s off, therapy can help you slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself. You don’t have to carry heaviness alone.
I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity questions, grief, and ADHD. Many of my clients are also seeking deeper self-awareness or feel stuck and are ready to shift.
My approach is empathetic, warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I value authenticity, curiosity, and balance—both in life and in the therapy room. I draw from Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy, while also emphasizing Focusing-Oriented Therapy—a gentle, body-based approach that helps you connect with your internal experience and make room for feelings or insights that might be hard to put into words but are still very present.
I am completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education and am currently practicing under supervision. I have helping experience working with students, parents, and neurodivergent clients.
I offer virtual therapy across Ontario at $60 per session.
If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect. Please send me an email to start this process.
